Edmund W. Rucker (w&c)
Edmund Winchester Rucker served as a Confederate officer during the Civil War. After the war he became an industrial leader in Birmingham, Alabama. Fort Rucker in Alabama was named in his honor until 2023. He was born in 1835 and died in 1924.
